Four Seasons Spa

We are tucked away on the third floor of the Four Seasons Hotel on Dr E Moses Road in Worli. It’s a bit of a change once you come inside the hotel and take the elevator up, because the noise from the Mumbai streets really starts to fade away. Out there, Dr E Moses Road is always jammed with cars, especially with the Nehru Science Centre right nearby drawing in crowds. Up here at Four Seasons Spa, it’s much quieter. We have different rooms set up for the spa treatments. The air conditioning is always running because the humidity in Worli can be quite a lot during most of the year. We spend our days getting the towels ready and making sure the oils and everything are in their place. It’s a hotel spa, so we see a lot of travelers who look pretty tired from their flights, alongside some locals from the Worli area. The rooms aren't huge, but they are private and have what we need to get the job done. We don't have big signs everywhere; it's more about people knowing we are here. The view from some of the windows looks out over the city buildings, which is nice when the sun sets. It’s a straightforward operation. We just focus on the spa work and keeping the place tidy for whoever comes in next. It’s a steady pace of work throughout the week, and we just keep things moving along without much noise or fuss.
