Foss India Pvt. Ltd. is located right on D. N. Road, specifically in the Central Camera Building at number 195. If you’ve ever walked down this street in South Mumbai, you know how grand the old buildings look, even if they show their age with the moss and the peeling paint. We’re right in the thick of it, with all the colonial architecture and the constant stream of people walking toward CST station. Our office has those high ceilings and thick walls that you don't see in newer constructions. It can get a bit loud with the buses and taxis honking outside, but once you step inside, it feels a bit like stepping back in time. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the building has a lot of character, even if the elevator is sometimes a bit moody and slow. We mostly handle technical equipment and analysis tools, so there’s usually some gear sitting around on the workbenches. It’s not a corporate showroom; it’s just a working office where we handle repairs, sales, and support. We eat our lunch at our desks or step out for a quick bite at one of the local stalls in the lanes behind us. It’s a busy life being in Fort, but we wouldn't have it any other way. The commute on the local train can be a pain, but being in such a historic spot makes it worth it. We just do our jobs and try to keep up.
