Our place is located at Somaiya Bhavan on Mahatma Gandhi Road, specifically taking up plots 45 to 47. It’s a busy area of town, so there’s always something happening outside the windows. Inside, things are a bit more focused on the processing and the paperwork side of the refinery business. We deal with a lot of stuff coming in from the farms and going out to different industries. It isn’t always glamorous, and the office can get a bit crowded with files and samples everywhere. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets to make sure everything is moving like it should. The building itself has been around for a while, and it feels like a real part of the street. People walk by all day on MG Road, and we’re just another door among many. We don't really do much advertising because our work speaks for itself through the products we move. Some days the logistics get complicated, especially when weather affects the crops we use, but we just manage it one step at a time. It’s a long-term kind of business, not something that changes overnight. Most of the staff here have been with us for years, so we all know how the system works. It’s just a regular workplace where people show up, do their jobs, and head home to their families when the sun goes down.
