We are right in the heart of the Fort area at Shop No. 6 on the ground floor of Chandresh Bhavan. The address is 270 Goa Street, just off S. B. S. Road. If you’ve ever been to Fort, you know how cramped and busy it gets. Our shop is no different. We have stuff stacked all the way to the ceiling. It’s a small space, so we have to be clever with how we use it. We handle various goods, mostly trading whatever is in demand at the time. The building is old, like most of the structures in this part of Mumbai, which gives it some character but also means the walls aren't always straight. We see a lot of foot traffic from people working in the nearby offices. It’s constant noise from the street, horns honking and people shouting, but we’re used to it. I spend a lot of my day standing behind the counter or moving boxes around. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People just know we are here. Sometimes it's hard to find a place to park nearby, so most of our customers just walk in. We keep it simple. You ask for something, we tell you if it’s in the back, and we do the transaction. It’s honest work in a very busy part of the city. We’ve been here for years.
