Focus Interiors

Our place is located in Makani Chambers on Signal Hill Avenue Road, right near Reay Road. If you know Mumbai, you know this area is always moving and can get quite loud with all the traffic. We do interior work here. Mostly, we are busy with sketches, material samples, and talking to contractors about how to get things built the right way. The office gets a bit dusty with all the material boards and wood swatches lying around on the tables. We spend a lot of time figuring out how to make a room look decent without overcomplicating things. It isn't always glamorous work. A lot of it is just measuring stuff twice and making sure the colors don't clash under the wrong lights. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors know us. The traffic on Reay Road can be a real headache in the evenings, but we manage to get our deliveries in and out. People stop by to look at designs or just to ask about a small renovation they’re thinking of doing at home. We aren't a big corporate firm with a glass lobby. It’s just a working office where we try to get the details right for the houses and offices we work on. Sometimes projects take longer than we want because of supply issues, but that's just how it goes in this business. We just keep plugging away at the drawings.
