Our office is situated in the 403-A unit of Mahalaxmi Ashish. If you know Dombivli East, you know how packed the Thakurli Khambalpada Road gets. Cholegoan is a busy area, especially during peak hours. Being in Thane, we get the brunt of the monsoon every year, and the building keeps us dry while we manage things for Floriana Group and Svil Mines Ltd. It’s a functional space. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. The walls are filled with calendars and old notes. We’ve got a decent view of the road from the higher floor, so we can see the traffic jams before we even leave. The local trains are the lifeblood here, and most of us are timing our exit to catch the next fast one. Working here feels very much like being part of the local community. There are always people moving about downstairs. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, so the local shopkeepers know us by name. It’s not a quiet corporate park; it’s a living, breathing part of the city. We keep our operations straightforward. No fancy mission statements on the walls, just the work that needs finishing by Friday. It gets a bit loud with the horns honking outside, but you get used to it after a week.
