We are Flomic Freight Services Pvt.Ltd., and our office is located at 101 Span Landmark on the Andheri Kurla Road. This is a very busy part of Mumbai, so there is always a lot of noise from the constant traffic and people outside. Our day starts pretty early with checking on various shipments and talking to different drivers on their mobile phones. It is a lot of coordination and back-and-forth communication. You spend most of your time on the phone or typing out emails to track exactly where things are at any given moment. The office gets a bit messy with all the printouts, manifests, and notes stuck to monitors, but we know where everything is located. It is not a glamorous job. We deal with shipping delays, complicated paperwork issues, and trying to make sure stuff gets from one place to another without too much trouble. We have been at this address for a while now, and the building is pretty easy for people to find because it sits right on the main road. There are a few of us working here, and we mostly just keep our heads down and get through the long list of tasks for the day. Sometimes the internet acts up or a truck gets stuck somewhere, and then it is a bit of a scramble to fix the problem. We just want to make sure the boxes move and the work gets done.
