Five Lands

Five Lands operates out of the Nav-Vivek Industrial area on Mogul Lane. We are over in Mahim West, at number 2. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in this lane especially when the delivery trucks are trying to get through. We’ve had our space here for a good while. The building is older but it does what it needs to do for us. Inside, it’s mostly just equipment and some tables for packing. We don't have any air conditioning so the windows stay open most of the time to catch the breeze from the sea nearby. Sometimes the salt air makes things rust a bit faster, so we have to keep an eye on that. We aren't a huge corporation, just a handful of people who live nearby and walk to work. The tea stall at the corner is where we spend our breaks. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists to make sure we didn't miss anything. We try to keep things simple here. Nothing fancy, just a plain workplace with some honest people working hard. If the gate is open, you can usually see us moving stuff around inside. We like it in Mahim because it’s easy for everyone to get to. It gets a bit chaotic on Mondays but we manage to get through the pile of work eventually. We just take it one day at a time.
