Fit & Active Gym

You can find Fit & Active Gym tucked away on the third floor of the Orchid City Centre Mall. We are at Office No 3, right on Bellasis Road in Mumbai Central. Being opposite the St Bus Depot means there is always a lot of movement and noise around us. The mall gets quite a bit of foot traffic, and we see all sorts of people coming through our door. It isn’t one of those silent, empty places; it has a lot of energy because of the location. We have been here for a while, just keeping the machines running and the floor as clean as we can. It’s a handy spot if you’re already doing your shopping or coming off the bus after work. We don't have a big marketing department or any glossy flyers. It’s just a few of us making sure everything works for the members who show up. Sometimes the mall elevators are slow or out of order, but people don't seem to mind taking the stairs. We like the busy vibe of Mumbai Central. It’s a bit chaotic outside with the buses and the traffic, but inside we just focus on the workout gear and the music. We try to keep the atmosphere down-to-earth and simple. No one is putting on airs here. It’s a straightforward gym for people who want to get their exercise done and then go home. We are just a local business.
