Fit 2 Life

Fit 2 Life is located in the Sai Sadan Industry building on the ground floor. We are on Navghar Road in Bhayandar East, which is a busy industrial and residential mix. Being near S.N. College means we get a lot of students coming in between their classes or after they are done for the day. The industrial setting gives the gym a bit of a raw, practical feel. There are no fancy carpets or glass walls here; it’s mostly just solid floors and metal equipment. We have a good range of weights and machines that have seen plenty of use over the years. The sounds of Navghar Road, with the buses and rickshaws, are always present in the background. It’s a straightforward place to get a workout done. We spend our mornings and evenings helping people with their routines or just making sure the equipment is being used safely. It can get quite crowded in the evenings when the local workers and students all show up at once. We try to keep the place clean, but in an industrial area, it’s a constant battle with the dust. Most people who come here aren't looking for luxury; they just want a place where they can lift some weights and stay healthy. We’ve been part of this Bhayandar neighborhood for a while, tucked away in the Sai Sadan building, just doing our daily work of running a local gym.
