Our office is in Sai Shankar Sra CHS, which is part of the Shankarwadi area. If you know the Western Express Highway in Jogeshwari East, you know how busy it stays. There is a constant hum of cars and trucks going past, even late at night. We are in the B Wing on the first floor, Room 108. It’s a very urban part of Mumbai. Village Mogra sounds like it might be quiet, but it’s actually right in the thick of things. We spend a lot of time dealing with import and export logistics, which mostly means a lot of phone calls and checking on shipping statuses. The space is a bit tight because we have boxes of samples and paperwork everywhere. We try to keep things tidy, but when a big shipment is moving, the floor gets covered in documents pretty fast. It’s a real working environment, not a showroom. We get our tea from a small stall near the highway entrance. The air is always a bit dusty from the traffic, but that’s just part of being in this part of Mumbai City. We started this because we knew how to move goods, and that’s what we still do every day. There’s no big secret to it, just keeping track of details and making sure things get to where they need to go. It is a bit loud and messy sometimes, but it’s where we get things done.
