Ghatkopar West is always a bit chaotic, and our spot in Room No-12 at Ali Abbas Chawl reflects that. We’ve been Firepro Systems (P) Ltd for a while now. The chawl at Parsivadi is where all the work happens. It’s not a big corporate space. You step inside and there are papers everywhere and maybe a few tea cups sitting on the corner of a desk. Mumbai-86 is a fast place, but in this room, we just focus on the fire systems stuff we need to finish. Outside, kids are playing or neighbors are talking, and that sound comes right through the walls. It’s part of being in a place like this. The fan clicks overhead while we go through lists of equipment. It’s a practical setup. We don’t have fancy chairs. Just the stuff we need to get through the day. Sometimes the rains make the street outside a bit messy, but that’s just how it is in Mum-86. People know where to find us if they need to talk about fire safety or whatever project is currently on the table. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. The address is just what it says on the door. It’s a humble place, and we are just regular people working hard. Every morning starts with opening up the shutters and getting the computer running. It’s a simple routine that works for us. It might be a bit crowded in this corner of Mum-86, but it’s where we feel most at home with our work.
