Fire Knock

If you have ever been to Masjid Bunder (W), you know how crowded Yusuf Meherali Road can get. Fire Knock is located right in the middle of all that activity. We are on the second floor of the Keshavji Jadhavji Trust Building, specifically in office number 86. Getting up the stairs can be a bit of a workout, especially on those hot Mumbai afternoons when the air feels heavy. The building has that old character to it, the kind of place that has seen a lot of years go by. Inside the office, it's mostly stacks of paperwork and equipment related to what we do. It’s not a showroom, just a functional space where we handle the day-to-day tasks. Sometimes the noise from the street below drifts up, the sounds of carts and people shouting, but we’re used to it. We have been in this spot for a while now. The Trust building is a well-known landmark for people who work in this area, so usually, people don't have too much trouble finding us once they get to the right floor. It’s a bit cramped, like most places in this part of the city, but it serves us well. We just do our work, talk to the people who drop by, and try to keep things moving. There’s no corporate polish here, just a bunch of us working in Masjid Bunder, trying to get through the day's list. It's busy, it's loud, but it's where we are every single morning.
