Fire Fly (Maklites)

We are set up on the ground floor of 1 Prabhat Nagar, over in Jogeshwari West. Being on the ground floor makes it a lot easier for moving things in and out, which we do quite a bit during the week. The area around Jogeshwari is always moving, and there is always something going on just outside the door. Our space is pretty basic, just a place to work and store what we need for the day. It’s not a showroom or anything like that, just a functional area where we handle our business. Most of the guys here have been around for a while, so we have a good routine down. We start the day with a bit of tea and a look at what needs to be finished. There’s a lot of coordination involved in what we do, and sometimes it gets a bit messy with everything going on, but we manage to keep track of it all. The neighborhood has a lot of other small businesses like ours, so it feels like a good fit. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that people get what they need from us. It’s a simple operation, and we like it that way. No need for anything fancy when you’re just trying to run a decent shop in a busy part of the city. We just take it one day at a time.
