Hiver Aircon Private Limited

Hiver Aircon is located in the Shagun Arcade, at shop G-31. We are right on the Dindoshi Film City Road. It’s a famous road and very busy all the time. The Hdfc Bank is right across from us, so that’s how most people find the place. We work with air conditioning, which is ironic because our own shop gets pretty warm when the door is left open. We have units stacked up in the back and tools scattered on the workbench. It’s not a corporate showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a working space where we plan our service calls and fix parts. The arcade is usually full of people coming and going. We’ve been here for a while and know the security guards and the other shopkeepers in the building. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website team. We just answer the phone and go out to fix things. The walls are covered in old calendars and some technical charts that have been there for years. It’s a bit messy, but we know where every screwdriver and wrench is. We take our breaks at the little tea stall around the corner. Dealing with the Mumbai heat is what we do every day. It’s a lot of driving around in the traffic to get to customers. When we are back at the shop, we’re usually just catching up on paperwork or cleaning out old filters. It’s a straightforward business.
