Figure In Health Care

Figure In Health Care is located in the Ram Building within the Marutinagar Complex. We are on Shiva Vallabh Road in Dahisar, right next to Maruti Mall in the Ashokvan area. This part of Dahisar is always bustling with activity, especially with the mall right there and the traffic moving towards the station. Our space isn't very large, but we’ve tried to make the most of what we have. We focus on general health and fitness, helping people who might not want a traditional hardcore gym environment with heavy weights. There are some basic machines and some space on the floor for stretching and exercises. We get a lot of housewives and older residents from the Ashokvan area who just want to stay active and mobile. It’s a friendly enough place, and people often end up chatting with each other more than actually working out. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a staff in uniforms. Usually, it’s just one of us around to help out with the equipment or give a bit of advice. The street noise from Shiva Vallabh Road is a constant sound, but inside it’s a bit more peaceful for the members. We started this because there weren't many accessible health spots in this specific pocket of Dahisar. We keep the place clean, but it’s definitely a simple, lived-in space for the local community.
