Fibro Industries

Fibro Industries is located inside the Apurva Industrial Estate, which is on Makwana Road in Andheri East. If you know Mumbai, you know how packed this area gets. The estate is number 34, and it’s a typical industrial setup with a lot of different businesses sharing the space. We do a lot of work with industrial materials, and our unit is usually buzzing with activity. There’s always the sound of machinery or someone loading a truck in the alleyway. The space inside is tight, so we have to be really organized with how we stack our raw materials and finished goods. It’s dusty work sometimes, and the heat in the afternoon can be tough, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for a decade and a few newer faces. We don’t spend much time on fancy marketing; most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We just focus on getting the orders out on time, even when the Mumbai traffic tries to slow everything down. Lunch is usually someone bringing in a tiffin or grabbing something from the local stalls outside the gate. It’s a bit of a grind, especially during the monsoon when the roads flood, but we keep the operations running regardless. It’s just a standard small-scale industry life in the heart of the city.
