Our office is at 168 C.S.T Road in Kalina, Santacruz (E). It is a very busy part of the city, and getting here through the morning traffic can be a real headache some days. Ferro Alloys Corportions Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a while now. It is a practical office, nothing too special to look at if you walk in. We have desks piled with folders and a coffee machine that we probably rely on way too much. We deal with the logistics and the sales side of the alloy business from this location. It is a lot of coordinating between the plants and the people buying the material. We do not have a fancy dress code here. Most of us just wear what is comfortable for a long day of work. We have got a small team, and we all know each other pretty well. If someone’s kid is sick or they have a problem at home, we just cover for them. It is that kind of place. Santacruz is a lively area, and we like being close to everything. The rent in this part of town keeps going up, but we are staying put for now. We do not use a lot of big words or try to sound like a multinational conglomerate. We are just a group of people making sure the orders are processed and the bills are paid on time. It is our daily routine.
