Ferreira Associates

We are based on the ground floor of The Nest Building, which is number 190. It’s tucked away on the extension of St Paul Road in Bandra West. Bandra is a busy place, but our street is a little quieter than the main roads. Ferreira Associates is just a small office where we handle our daily business. We’ve been in this building for a good while now. It’s a comfortable enough space, though we sometimes run out of room for all our files. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It’s just a regular door in a regular building. Most of our day is spent at our desks, typing away or talking on the phone. We aren't trying to be some high-powered corporate firm. We’re just local people providing a service to the community. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we get our lunch. It’s a very grounded way of working. Sometimes the internet goes down or the tea gets cold, but we keep going. We don't use a lot of industry jargon. We prefer to speak plainly so everyone understands what’s going on. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us mid-task. We don't dress up much unless we have a reason to. It’s just a simple, honest workplace where we try to do our best with what we have. That’s about it for us. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as it comes in.
