Fem Constructions

Fem Constructions is tucked away in the Madanpura area of Mumbai. Our office is on the 2nd floor of Tawakkal Manzil, which is building 159A on M.A. Road. Specifically, it’s Flat No. 9. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded and busy M.A. Road can get. There is always noise from the street below, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The office is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good workout. We have blueprints and papers scattered all over the main table. It’s a real working office, not a showroom. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The 400008 zip code is our home base. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit cluttered when we have new projects coming in. We don't have a lobby or a waiting room. People just come in and find a chair if there’s one free. We focus on the construction side of things, so we aren't really worried about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s about the results we get on the field. The building is old and has a lot of character. We share the floor with some other small businesses. It’s a community feel. We just keep our heads down and get the job done. That’s how we operate here in Madanpura. It gets noisy but it’s real.
