We are Fem Constructions (India) Pvt. Ltd., and we are based out of Vasai Road West in the Thane district. Our office is located in Saeed Manzil CHS Ltd, room B-307. We are right in Pandit Dindayal Nagar, and if you are looking for us, we are right next to the ICICI Bank. That’s usually the easiest way to tell people how to find us. Being near the bank is handy for a lot of reasons. The office is in a cooperative housing society building, so it has a very lived-in feel. It’s not a glass tower in a business park. We have our files, a couple of old desks, and a computer that’s seen better days. But it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with different sites. Vasai Road is a busy area, but our specific floor is usually quiet enough to think. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have calendars and project schedules. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite a while now. The people in the building know us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office design. We just want to make sure our projects are on track and our clients are handled fairly. It’s a basic, honest way to run a construction business. We take the train to work like everyone else here.
