We're based out of B 23 Saraswati, which is part of the SBI Society on Irla Passage Road. Being in Vile Parle West means there's always something going on outside. It's a decent spot in Mumbai for an express business. The office is tucked away in a residential society, so it feels a bit more personal than a big glass tower. We handle a lot of shipments every single day. The morning starts early with sorting and making sure the drivers have their routes. It gets a bit cramped when there are too many boxes stacked up, but we manage the space. People in the society know us. We’ve been here for some time now. Vile Parle has its own rhythm, and we’re part of it. Sometimes the Mumbai traffic makes everything take twice as long, but that’s just life here. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just take packages and send them where they need to go. The office has a couple of fans that stay on all day because of the humidity. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a reliable point for people to drop their stuff off. It’s a lot of scanning and checking addresses. Sometimes we have a quick chat with the regulars. That’s how we spend our days at the Saraswati building. There’s no need for complicated explanations. We just get the work done and head home after the last van leaves.
