Fcb Ulka

Our office is Fcb Ulka, and we are located in New Panvel West. We are in Sector 13, specifically at B-101 in the Jeevandeep Apartments. It is a bit of a quiet residential area, which is nice for getting work done. We don't have a big fancy office building with a lobby. Instead, we work out of this apartment space. It’s mostly just us, some desks, and our computers. We’ve been here for a while and have seen Panvel change a lot over the years. We spend our days working on various projects that come our way. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment in the way you might think. We are just a small group of people doing our jobs in a regular neighborhood. Sometimes the neighbors walk past the door while we are in the middle of a big task. We don't have a receptionist, so if you come by, you just knock on the door. It’s a very simple and down-to-earth way of doing things. We like being in Sector 13 because it’s easy to get to once you know where Jeevandeep is. We aren't interested in being flashy. We just focus on the work and try to stay productive. It’s a practical setup that works for us. Most days are just about hitting deadlines and keeping things moving along.
