Our place is located at 167-169 on Shivdas Chapsi Marg. This is in the Dongri area of Mumbai. If you know the city, you know Dongri is one of the older parts. It’s very crowded and the streets are full of history. Our building has been here for a long time. It’s a solid structure, but you can tell it’s seen a lot of years. We operate from this spot every day. The atmosphere around Shivdas Chapsi Marg is always lively. There are markets and shops everywhere. We don’t have a modern office with glass walls or anything. It’s more traditional. We have heavy wooden furniture and a lot of old records kept in cupboards. We spend our time managing the affairs of the trust. It’s mostly administrative work, sitting at the desks and talking to people who come by with questions. The noise from the street is constant, with horns honking and people shouting, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the work we have to do. The ceiling fans stay on all day to keep the air moving. It’s a very grounded way to work. People in the neighborhood know where we are if they need us. It’s just a part of the daily life in Dongri for us.
