We are located in Kanjurmarg East, right in the Prem Nagar area of Mumbai. Our office is at 5/9, Marian D'Mello Chawl, which gives you a real sense of what this part of the city is actually like. It’s a crowded neighborhood but there is a lot of life in it every day. Working out of a chawl means you are never far from the sound of the street and the neighbors going about their daily business. Fact Enterprise Limited isn't about big glass towers or fancy boardrooms. We operate right where the people are. The space is a bit tight, but we have everything we need to handle our business affairs as they come in every day. Most of the morning is spent dealing with the local logistics and talking to people on the phone. In Mumbai, things move fast, so we have to stay on our toes even if the office feels more like a home than a workspace. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. Everyone around here knows us, and we know the tea seller around the corner very well. It is an honest day's work for everyone involved in the company. We don't have a marketing team to polish our words or make us look like something we aren't, so what you see is basically what you get. It is just a small group of us trying to make a living and keep the company moving forward in this part of the city.
