You can find us at Flat No.304/A3 in Mulund West. We are right by the Lok Kailash area, near the old cement factory road. Mumbai is a place where buildings need a lot of attention because of the salt in the air and the heavy rains. We focus on project management and building solutions. It’s mostly about making sure construction or repairs stay on track. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of people. We’re a smaller group that focuses on the details. We spend a lot of time on site, wearing hard hats and talking to contractors. It’s not a desk job for most of us. We have to be there to see what is happening with the bricks and mortar. Sometimes things get delayed or materials don't show up, and we have to figure it out on the fly. It can be stressful, but we like the work. Being in Mulund gives us a good base to reach different parts of the city. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just keep doing our bit to make sure the buildings around here are solid and well-maintained. It’s practical work for people who don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty or staying late to finish a project. Traffic on the Mulund roads is a nightmare sometimes, so we start early to beat the rush. We keep a stash of umbrellas by the door because you never know when the clouds will break. It’s just how Mumbai is.
