At Fabindia Overseas Pvt Ltd, our office is tucked away at 4/6, Ganraj Society in Dombivali West. It's on Mahatma Phule Road, which gets quite crowded during peak hours. Most of us who work here have to deal with the local train commute every day, which is never fun, but you get used to it after a few months. The office itself is inside Garibacha Wada. It’s a practical space, not really built for looks. We spend our time managing orders and looking over various shipping documents. Since we are in Dombivali, we see a lot of the local hustle every day. It’s a mix of different people working together to make sure things move along the supply chain. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets, just what we need to stay productive. Sometimes the fans make a lot of noise, but we just ignore it. There's always a bit of dust because of the road construction nearby, so we are constantly cleaning off our desks. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We talk loudly, drink a lot of tea, and try to make sure no mistakes happen with the overseas shipments. It's a lot of back-and-forth communication. If you walk down Mahatma Phule Road, you’ll find us easily. We’re just regular people doing our jobs and trying to get home on time. There is no corporate polish here, just a lot of hard work.
