F 2 Fitness

You can find us on the 5th floor of Pinnacle House, which sits right on P D Hinduja Road in Khar West. It’s tucked into City Walk Lane, and we are right behind the Khar Gymkhana. It is a pretty lively neighborhood, especially in the evenings when everyone is out and about. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, though it is mostly just the tops of other buildings and some trees. F 2 Fitness is a straightforward gym. We don't have those fancy juice bars or towel services you see in the big chains. We just have the equipment and enough space for people to move around. The walk from the station isn't too bad, but the lane can get really congested with cars. Most of our members are locals who just want a place to train without any corporate attitude. We keep the place running, make sure the machines are working, and talk to the regulars about their day. It gets pretty loud in here when the weights are moving, but that is how a gym should be. We don't do much in terms of promotion. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors or see the sign on the building while they are walking to the gymkhana. It’s a comfortable spot where you can just focus on your own thing and go home. We are just glad to be part of the Mumbai 400052 scene and keep everything moving along for everyone who stops by.
