A lot of people use the Shimpoli Telephone Exchange as a landmark since it’s right near the New Link Road Junction. It’s a bit of a mouthful to explain the address, but once you’re at the junction, you can’t really miss the building. We do eye care and we also have an IVF section here. It’s a bit of an unusual mix for some, but it’s how we are set up. Borivali West is a crowded part of town, so being on the third floor gets us away from the street noise a little bit. The clinic is busy. We have people coming in for eye tests and others here for the IVF services. We try to keep everything organized, but with two different departments, it’s always a bit of a juggle. It’s not a fancy corporate space. It feels like a workplace where people are busy doing their jobs. We’ve got the usual equipment and a waiting area that fills up fast. We’re just regular people working here. No big marketing campaigns, just local folks helping other local folks. The elevators in the building can be slow sometimes, which is something we just deal with. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we’re just part of the local scenery on Shimpoli Road near the New Link Road Ju area.
