Excella Electronics

Our place, Excella Electronics, is located in the Annapurna Industrial Estate, right on Tilak Road in Ghatkopar East. We are in unit number 54. Being in Ghatkopar, we’re surrounded by a lot of activity, and Tilak Road is almost always busy with people heading toward the station or the market. The estate has been here for a long time, and you can see that in the walls and the old gates. Inside our unit, it's mostly about the work at hand. We handle a lot of electronic items, and the space is mostly taken up by testing equipment and storage racks. It’s not a place with a fancy lobby or air-conditioned waiting rooms. We have a couple of sturdy worktables where most of the checking happens. The lighting is bright so we can see the small parts clearly. We usually start the day early before the heat really kicks in. The staff here has been together for a while, so we have a bit of a rhythm going. We don’t spend much time on paperwork unless we absolutely have to; we’d rather be fixing something or getting an order packed for a customer. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the back window during monsoon, but we’ve got it covered with some plastic sheets. It’s just a normal workshop where we get things done. We like the local vibe of Ghatkopar and the fact that everything we need is just a short walk away.
