Our main office and gym are located at 5 A in the Jaylaxmi Industrial Premises. We’re in Kurla West, specifically in the Khetani Estate area near Bazar Ward. Because it’s an industrial estate, the vibe is very different from your typical high-street gym. It’s more of a warehouse feel with high ceilings and a lot of concrete. We like it that way because it feels sturdy and real. There’s always some kind of work going on in the neighboring units, so you might hear some banging or machinery noises from time to time. The area around Bazar Ward is always bustling with people moving goods and running errands. Inside, we have plenty of room for heavy lifting and bigger equipment that might not fit in a smaller shopfront. We get a lot of workers from the industrial estate coming in after their shifts, along with people from the surrounding residential pockets of Kurla. It’s a diverse crowd, and everyone mostly sticks to their own routine. We don’t spend much on decorations or fancy signage. The focus is just on the gear we have and making sure the floor is clean enough for everyone to use. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but most people who come here know the shortcut through the estate. It’s a straightforward, hardworking environment for people who don't mind a bit of grit and want to get their training done.
