E.V.Homes,Vashi. is actually located in Nerul, specifically in Sector-48A. We are in Om Prathmesh Chs.Ltd., which is Building No.3. Our office is Room No.02 on the ground level. It’s a residential society, so there are kids playing in the compound and people drying clothes on their balconies nearby. Being in Room No.02 means we are right there near the entrance. Navi Mumbai is quite spread out, but this part of Nerul feels like a proper neighborhood. The office itself is small. We have a couple of tables and some chairs for when people stop by to ask about homes. It isn't a high-end real estate gallery with 3D models and fancy lights. It is just a room where we keep our files and maps. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the floor is just simple tiles. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones talking to people. Because we are in a CHS, we have to follow the society rules about noise and visitors. Vashi is not too far away, but our daily life happens here in Sector-48A. We know the security guard at the gate and the local grocery store owners. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure everything is handled correctly. It’s a quiet spot to get our work done. We try to keep things organized despite the limited space we have.
