Evershine Building Contractors Pvt. Ltd. operates out of the B Wing at our Virar location. If you come looking for us, we are up on the 3rd floor in Room 315. Virar is quite a distance out, but it is where we have settled our main office for this side of Maharashtra. The building is usually full of other businesses too, so there is always someone coming or going in the hallways. We handle a lot of the local building contracts from this small office. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints or talking to the guys on the ground at various sites. It is not a very quiet place because we are constantly coordinating things. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs to the third floor more than we would like. Our office is not anything special to look at, just some files, a few computers, and a lot of coffee cups. We focus on the building work itself rather than having a shiny office space. People know where to find us if they need to talk about a project or check on some documents. The rain can be heavy here in Maharashtra, which sometimes slows the work down, but we just pick it up when the weather clears. It is a steady way to earn a living and we stay busy with it throughout the year.
