Evershine Building Contractors P Ltd

We spend most of our time here at Janak House, right on S M Road in Wadala East. It is a busy part of Mumbai, and being in Flat No 7 gives us enough room to keep our paperwork and tools sorted. Evershine Building Contractors P Ltd has been around for a while now. We mostly deal with site visits and keeping things moving on different construction projects around the city. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes with all the traffic, but that is just how it is in Wadala. Our team usually starts early in the morning because the heat gets a bit much later in the day. Sometimes we are out on-site all day and only come back to the office to check the mail or finish some sketches. We do not have a big fancy reception area, just a desk and some chairs where we sit to talk about the next steps for a job. It is practical. People stop by to drop off plans or ask about progress on a wall or a floor we are fixing up. We know the neighbors around Janak House well enough by now. The work is mostly about getting the materials to the right spot and making sure the labor is showing up on time. It is a lot of phone calls and checking lists. We try to keep it simple and just do the work that is in front of us without overcomplicating things.
