Our business is located in Borivli East, right in the Kajupada area. We work out of Ozarkar Chawl, which is inside the Mane Compound. It’s a very local, traditional spot. Being a private limited company might sound official, but we are really just a group of building contractors who know this part of Mumbai inside out. Our office isn't fancy at all. It’s in a chawl, so it’s humble and straightforward, which suits the way we work. We focus on getting building projects completed without a lot of unnecessary talk. The Mane Compound is a busy place, and we’re right in the thick of it. We spend a lot of time managing workers and making sure we have enough cement and steel for whatever job is on the schedule. It’s noisy, dusty, and hard work, but we’ve been doing it for years. We don't have a website with pretty pictures or a team of sales people. If you want to find us, you just come down to Kajupada and look for the Ozarkar Chawl. We try to do the work first and talk later. Mumbai is a place where you have to be tough to survive in construction, and we’ve managed to stay around by being practical. We know the neighborhood and the people here, and that’s why we stay in Borivli. It's a tough business, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
