We are based in Mulund East, specifically at B-9 in the Rajya Sarathi Suryadarshan building. It’s part of Arunoday Nagar, which is a nice, steady part of the city to work from. We’ve been registered as a private limited company for some time now, but we still feel like a local outfit. Most of our work involves the construction side of things, making sure projects get finished and people have places to go. Our office is a practical space. You won't find any designer furniture or expensive art here. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. Being in Mulund East means we are close to the action but away from the absolute worst of the city noise. We spend our mornings coordinating with the crews and our afternoons finishing up the admin work. It’s a routine that works for us. We don’t make big promises or use complicated words to describe what we do. We are builders, plain and simple. We take pride in just being consistent. People in Arunoday Nagar know us as the folks in B-9 who are always coming and going from construction sites. It’s a busy life, and things don’t always go perfectly, but we stay at it. That’s just the way we’ve always done things here. We just want to keep doing our job and helping the neighborhood grow in our own small way.
