You can find us over at Queens Park, specifically in Flat 302 of the A/8/1 building on Queens Avenue. It’s right off the Mira Bhayander Road, which is always moving. We are a private limited firm, but we don't act like a big corporate office. Our setup in Mira Road East is where we handle all the details for our building projects. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road, which we like. It gives us a chance to focus. We’ve been working as Evershine Builders for quite a while now. The team here is small, mostly just a few of us making sure the sites are running and the materials show up when they should. We don’t have a flashy storefront or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or by seeing our name on a site fence somewhere. Working in Mira Road has its own set of challenges, but we know the local rules and the people. Sometimes the office is a mess of coffee cups and floor plans, but that’s how you know we’re actually working. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We are just builders who set up shop here because it’s a good place to live and work. We take the projects as they come and try to do a solid job every time. It’s a lot of work, but we enjoy it.
