Evergreen Films

We’ve been working out of 304 Chembur Gujrat Botteling Char Rasta for quite a few years now. It’s where Evergreen Films is based, right in the middle of all that activity. The office isn't anything to write home about, just a functional space where we keep our cameras and editing gear. Sometimes the noise from the Char Rasta gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a while. We spend a lot of our time sitting at the desks going through footage or checking the lenses for the next job. It’s a small operation here. There are always cables running across the floor and stacks of hard drives sitting around on every flat surface. We don't have a big receptionist or a lobby with fancy chairs. Usually, someone is just making tea or coffee in the back. People from the neighborhood stop by sometimes to ask about what we’re filming. We’ve seen the area change a lot since we moved in. The bottling plant area is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. Most days are pretty busy, especially when we have a deadline coming up. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to get the shots right. We don't use a lot of big industry words or try to act like we are in Hollywood. We just like making films and this is the spot where we do it. It works for us and we’re still here.
