We've been operating out of Sri Satguru Garden for a while now. It's tucked away behind Kanchanpushpa on Ghodbunder Road. Thane has changed a lot, but we stay put here in our office at A-4/604. People usually find us by looking for the landmarks because the main road gets so busy. Dealing with buildings and property stuff keeps us on our toes every day. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. Our team is small, just a few of us trying to get the paperwork and the sites handled right. You won't find anything fancy here, just some desks and a lot of maps. Most days are spent on the phone or out at different spots in Thane West. We know the 400 601 pin code like the back of our hands. Sometimes the rain makes things slow, especially with the construction work, but we manage. If you’re walking around Ghodbunder, you might have seen our sign near the garden area. We like the neighborhood, even with all the new traffic. It feels like home to us. We don’t spend much time on big speeches or making things look pretty on paper. We just focus on the actual projects and making sure things get built. Sometimes we’re late for lunch because a contractor shows up unannounced. That's just how the business goes here. We've seen the city grow up around us, and we are still here, doing our thing day after day.
