We are based at 401 in the Aashiya Narsi Chaya building which is located in Vile Parle West. Our office is part of the Swastik Society on N S Road. It is a very busy part of Mumbai and there is always something happening outside on the street. Being on the fourth floor helps a bit with the noise but you can still hear the horns honking throughout the day. We have been operating as Evans (India) Pvt Ltd for a long time from this same location. The office itself is quite traditional with old wooden desks and plenty of files stacked up on the sideboards. It is not one of those modern glass offices you see nowadays. We have a small team of people who have been with us for years and we all know how things work. N S Road is a convenient place to be because the station isn't too far away and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The elevator in the building is a bit old and slow so we sometimes just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. We just go about our business in a quiet way and handle the work that comes across our desks. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day and we are used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We usually close up around six in the evening and head home.
