Eternity

Eternity is our small shop on the ground floor of the 41369 Amrit Mahotsav Building. We are right across from the Panshikar Sweet Shop in Dadar West. Being in the first stage of the industrial area means it can get pretty dusty and loud outside. But inside, we just focus on what we’re doing. We’ve been here for quite a while now. Most people know the sweet shop across the street, so it’s easy to tell them where to find us. We don't have fancy lights or a big glass front. It’s just a plain shop floor where we keep our stock and a couple of chairs. We deal in various goods that locals and nearby businesses need. It’s a practical kind of place. We open up early because the industrial area starts moving before the sun is fully up. My cousin and I run the place most days. We handle the lifting, the selling, and the cleaning ourselves. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us independent. Sometimes we sit on the bench outside when things are quiet and watch the traffic go by. Dadar West is a hectic place but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We don't promise anything fancy. We just provide what we have at a fair price and treat people decently. That’s enough for us to keep the doors open and the lights on for another month.
