Our office is located in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. We are in the Sun Safal C.H.S., specifically at B-106 on Plot No. E1/B in Sector-12. The pin code here is 410 210. Kharghar is a growing area, and being in a cooperative housing society building for our office keeps us connected to the local vibe. It’s not a massive corporate park. It’s a more relaxed setting where we handle our infrastructure projects. We have been here in Navi Mumbai for a while and have seen the sector develop around us. The office is just a regular unit where the team gathers. We spend a lot of time on site plans and coordination. It’s quiet enough that we can actually get things done without the constant noise of South Mumbai. We don't have a lot of fancy decor or expensive furniture. We just have our desks and the tools we need for the job. Most of our work is about practical things like building and planning, so we don't see the point in being overly polished. We just tell it like it is. If you come by, you’ll see we are just normal people doing our jobs. The society is well-kept and it’s a decent place to spend the workday. We like the balance of being in a professional space that still feels like it’s part of a real community in Sector-12.
