Essar doesn't really have a fixed storefront you can walk into right now. Our main point of contact is the mobile number +91-9819731065. I carry that phone with me everywhere. It's how we manage all our business affairs and talk to everyone who needs us. We are often on the move, going from one place to another to get things sorted for the day. Because of that, a physical office address isn't something we use as much as a phone line. I handle most of the calls myself while I am out and about. Sometimes I am out in the field and the signal isn't the best, so I have to call people back later in the evening when I get home. It’s a very hands-on way to run a company. We don't have a fancy building with a sign out front or a receptionist sitting at a desk. It’s just me and my phone and a laptop on the passenger seat of my car. We find that we can do everything we need to do this way without the extra cost of a permanent office space. It keeps things simple and direct for us. If you need us, you just dial the number and someone picks up eventually. We deal with our clients one-on-one. This setup allows us to be flexible with our time and where we go. It might not be the traditional way of doing things, but it works for what we are doing at Essar.
