Essar Projects Ltd. is based at the Essar Techno Park in Kurla West. It’s a pretty large complex, and it’s a well-known spot in this part of the city. Being in Kurla means we’re right in the middle of a lot of action. The Techno Park itself is always busy with people coming and going from different companies. We’ve got our own area where the team gathers. It’s a standard office environment, nothing that would surprise you. We spend a lot of time on computers and on the phone. The atmosphere is generally productive, though it can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing inside the office too much; it’s mostly just a place where work happens. Getting to Kurla West can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic, but once you’re inside the park, it’s a bit more organized. We have our routines and our favorite spots to grab a snack nearby. It’s just the way we operate. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office décor. We just want a functional space where we can get through our daily lists. It’s a solid place to be for a company like ours. We’re just one of many businesses here, doing our part every day.
