You can find us at Sawan Plaza, specifically in Flat No. 22 on Plot No. 138-A. We are located in the Kopar Khairne area of Navi Mumbai. Essar Constructions (I) Limited has been working from this office for a while now, handling various projects across the Maharashtra region. Being in a plaza means we are surrounded by other small businesses, which makes for a busy and interesting workday. Our office isn't very large, but it’s where all the planning and paperwork happens. We usually have a lot of maps and building plans spread out on the tables. We don't really do the corporate thing with fancy uniforms or polished presentations. We’re more about getting our hands dirty and making sure the construction is solid. Navi Mumbai is always expanding, so there is no shortage of work for us. We deal with the usual local challenges like traffic and monsoon weather that can sometimes throw a wrench in our schedules. Our crew is made up of local people who know the area well. We talk to our clients like regular people because that’s what we are. There are no hidden fees or complex missions here. We just want to build things that work for the people living in them. It’s a simple way of doing business, and it’s worked for us so far. We just take it day by day and try to do our best. We've got a lot of projects finished and more to come.
