Essar Construction (I) Ltd

Essar Construction (I) Ltd is located right in the heart of Mahim, specifically on Pitambar Lane. Our office is on the first floor of Kumar Nivas, in Room Number 8. It’s a typical Mumbai setup, a bit tight on space but very busy. Being in Mahim means we are close to everything, which helps when we need to get to different parts of the city for work. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s an old-school place, not a fancy corporate tower, but it works for us. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different crews and checking on supplies. The traffic on Pitambar Lane can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but that is just Mumbai life for you. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. It is just a room where we get the planning done and keep our equipment lists. Most of our day is spent talking to workers or dealing with the logistics of city building. We know how hard it is to get things done in this city with all the regulations and the crowds. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep the progress moving forward without any fuss. If you are in the area, you might miss the entrance if you aren't looking closely. We are just regular people doing our jobs and making sure projects move. It is a bit noisy around here but we like it.
