Esel Infra Projects

Esel Infra Projects operates out of C-203 in the Himchayya Society. It's located on Savarkar Road in Dombivali East. Being in a housing society means we are right in the middle of a neighborhood. You hear kids playing outside sometimes and the sounds of the local market nearby. Our office is basically an apartment that we converted for work use. It has a kitchen where we make tea and a small balcony where we can take a breath of air. We handle infrastructure projects, so there are always maps and technical drawings spread out over the dining table. It’s not a corporate skyscraper. It’s a practical space where we can focus. The walk from the station isn't too bad if the weather is nice. We have a few computers and some filing cabinets that are getting pretty full. Everyone here knows each other well because the space is tight. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. We just wear what's comfortable for a long day of planning and phone calls. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a proposal, and the society gets real quiet then. It’s an honest way to work. We like being part of the local community here in Dombivali. It feels more grounded than being in a big industrial park somewhere far away. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized amid the stacks of paper.
