Down in the Additional Ambernath MIDC area, you’ll find our unit at W-32 (D). We make closures here. It’s a manufacturing setup, so there is always the sound of machines running in the background. It gets hot in the summer, but we’re used to it by now. The team here knows their way around the equipment. We started with just a couple of machines and slowly added more as we had the space. It’s not the easiest work, keeping everything running without hitches, but we do our best. The location is okay for getting trucks in and out, which is the main thing we care about. We don’t spend much time on the office side of things; most of us are usually out on the floor checking the output. The floors are concrete and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but that doesn't affect how the products turn out. We just focus on getting the orders filled. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big shipment due. It’s a lot of manual coordination. We’ve been part of this industrial community for a while. Everyone around here knows each other. If we need a tool or some help, the neighbor usually has it. It's a tough environment but we like the work. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the daily production schedule and the occasional machine repair to keep things on track.
