We at Ernst And Young are based out of the Shraddha CHS building in Versova, Andheri West. Specifically, we are in A-wing, room 402. The building is on Patil Lane, Cts 973, just off Yari Road. If you know this part of Mumbai, you know it’s got a very specific feel to it, being so close to the coast. It’s a bit more relaxed than the middle of Andheri, but it’s still Mumbai, so it’s never actually quiet. Our office is in a cooperative housing society, which means it feels like a very local, community-oriented space. We’ve been in the A-wing for some time, and we know the residents and other small businesses in the building. Patil Lane is one of those narrow lanes that can get a bit crowded with parked cars, but it’s a nice walk if the weather isn't too bad. Inside our unit, 402, it’s all about work. We have our desks lined up and plenty of storage for all the records we have to keep. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s more of a practical workspace where we spend our hours. The windows let in a bit of a breeze from the sea side, which is nice in the afternoons. We like the vibe of Yari Road and the fact that we can just step out and be in the middle of a lively neighborhood. It’s a good, honest place to get our work done without any fuss.
