Equo Realty Private Limited

We are tucked away in Room No.9 on the 4th floor of the Halima Building. If you know the Flora Fountain area, you know how busy it gets downstairs on Nanabhai Lane. Up here, it’s a bit quieter, which is good for getting things done. We started Equo Realty Private Limited because we know this neighborhood well and saw a need for a local point of contact. It is not a huge fancy office with glass walls. It’s just a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend most of our time talking to people about local property. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and checking the newspapers for any changes. Other days, the phone won’t stop ringing and we’re running around trying to find keys for viewings. It can be a bit chaotic. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing. We prefer just talking to people face-to-face. If someone walks in, we find them a seat and see what they need. It’s a bit dusty because of the constant construction nearby, but we keep the fans going. The commute to this part of town is a bit of a pain, but the office location is central for the clients. We don't have a big marketing team or social media. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We've been here for a bit now and know the local building rules fairly well. It’s just a standard small business operation.
